Nature of Organizing or Organization
The nature of organizing is also known as the nature of the organization. So it includes various points such as:-
1. The shape of relationships:
The organization is a system of targeting tasks and duties assigned to individuals along with accountability, responsibility, and authority.
They structured the policy of delegation to provide a formal structure to the organization because it helps to show the hierarchy level i.e., top to a lower level but informal organization focus to build the social relationships among the members of the business.
2. Managerial function:
It is a process or function of management by which the company can integrate the human and non-human resources for achieving organizational objectives. This function also helps to improve other managerial functions like staffing, directing, controlling, and so on.
3. Ongoing process:
Organizing is a function or process which includes a number of steps like from procurement of objectives to accomplishment of objectives. This process is also known as the continuous process which requires management to identify changes which are going to happen in the future.
Through this point, the organizations are trying to re-organize the business activities to keep updates with environmental changes and their effectiveness.
4. Motivates teamwork:
If an organization wants to achieve its objectives, then it will have to make a group team so that they can easily distribute or target the work and also achieve them. In an organization, the managers support the teamwork and their work because it helps to coordinate all the activities in an accurate manner.
The members of an organization trying to communicate with each other and also establish a better understanding situation between us.
5. Foundation of management:
In the modern world, the success of an institution totally depends upon the sound organization. They have to do a proper allocation, distribution, and specialization according to their members (their skills, talents, experience, knowledge, etc) of an organization. They also help to introduce the authority and responsibility between individuals.
If in an organization, the authorities and responsibilities are not cleared then those organization will become ineffective. So, that is the reason, management is always trying to make efficient management.
Every organization has a motive to earn profit and provide accurate service. All organizational activities divided between all the members according to their department work. Through this, the members of an organization can also coordinate ourselves with business activities to achieve their organizational goals.
So, that is the reason, this process is called goal-oriented or achievement process.
No organizational structure can be the best or accurate. The organization structure is different from business to business. They also divided among the nature of activities, nature of relation structures, and size of the organization amongst people.
In the modern organization, the business environment is changing day by day and organization structure has to adapt to the changing environment or situations through its process of activities.

In management, organizing plays a very crucial role to determine the objectives of an organization. It includes various points such as:
1. Facilitates administration:
In every organization, top management cannot be present everywhere i.e, they cannot perform all the business tasks individually. So, that it can divide all the work according to their effectiveness to our middle and lower-level management. The top-level of management concentrate on their administration activities.
The basic feature of organizing is to divide the (task and work, a grouping of activities, distribution, and coordination) facilitate better administration by the top level of management.
2. Growth and Development:
A better sound organization have a clear vision related to their business so that they do changes in its business according to the changing business environment and promote our business for future growth and diversification.
If a company does not grow then its profit margin will not increase. So, that is the reason, the company innovate changes according to their developed environment and earn a huge amount of profit.
3. Creates mutualism:
In an organization, the division of work provides benefits of coordination, i.e., follow the group of people means divide their organizational tasks according to their groups and eliminate the nature of individuality because group defines the power of unity. They coordinate their tasks in the same and different departments. This gives the satisfaction of ( 1+1 = 11).
4. Establishes accountability:
When every person knows his senior and junior, the organization can function properly and effectively. Establishing the power of control in the area of operations defines people’s accountability to their immediate boss or superior which accelerates the organization towards its organizational goals.
5. Proper use of technological resources:
In the modern era, technological advancement plays a very effective role. If any organization does not improve our technology then it will not be able to survive in the market for a long term perspective. Well-optimized structure of the organization changes our technology according to their upgradation so that they can survive easily in the market and earn a huge amount of profit.

6. Facilitates communication:
Communication is the part of an organization because it helps to transfer the information from one place to another place. In an organization, its efficiency depends on its effective communication pattern between the members.
A well-structured system of communication (whether it is horizontal or vertical) is facilitated through effective organizing efforts to top managers.
7. Facilitates creativity:
In this importance of organizing, creativity defines creating something innovative or new. It helps to develop new concepts of doing things. A sound organization provides the top level of management to improve the concepts of doing things by delegating the routine of work through the concept of the scalar chain.
The delegation of authority helps to boost the morale of an individual so that they can enhance the activities of the business for the achievement of organizational goals.
8. Improves interpersonal relations:
A sound organization structure always tries to divide the workload of jobs to the individuals according to their abilities and skills. They fully focused on placing the right person at the right job so that they can enhance our moral value and work of effectiveness.
So, the interpersonal relationships between all the individuals help to improve the structure of an organization.
